Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and remove any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
